Tin Foil Hatter Cats

I am standing with John Gibson of Fox News. Give the man a medal! Karl Rove that is. Award him the Karl Rove Whistleblower Medal. Or perhaps we could nominate him for the "Ron Ridenhour Prize for Truth-Telling". Nah - that prize has absolutely no prestige to it since October 2003, when it was awarded to Ambassador Joseph Plame-Wilson.

moonbats on display John Gibson of Fox News: "Let's see now, what happened when [Sandy] Berger got caught with the secrets in his socks? Hmmm. Did we hear the Democratic senators and congressmen wailing about breaking national security? No, we did not.

"Valerie Plame (search) is a CIA agent with covert status. Can't tell the country she was the one who set her husband up to go tank a report on a key question leading up to the war. No, no no. She's a spook you see. She only acts like a political hack trying to pull strings on national policy from behind a curtain. The American people aren't allowed to know who she is when she does something like that. She's covert, don't you know. And Sandy Berger, the guy with the secrets in his socks? He just gets a pass.

"Why? They're Dems, as in 'Dems' the wrong guys to blame."

Whistleblower Karl Rove has managed to shine the spotlight on the nefarious underhanded dealings and plottings, all under cloak of secrecy of course, going on at the CIA. Another reason he deserves a medal is that he has caused the Democrats en mass to plunge themselves right over the cliff of no return. They have gone bonkers; stark raving mad, everyone of them from Chuckie Schumer, the Great Hillary, the figurehead leader Harry Reid on down to the lowest flapping moonbat. Give Karl a medal. Let's create one for him right here in the blogosphere.

Look at what is being posted in the moonbat caverns, where they know damn well that Karl Rove is guilty. He just has to be. Why, he and the Plame-Wilsons attend the same church, don't you know. What could be more sinister than that? If only they could find something to stick. They think that if Karl goes, Bush will be without a funtioning brain. Yes, it's true, they really do believe that.
ReidBlog: Cat in a tin foil hat: "according to the documentary 'Bush's Brain,' Karl Rove 'was fired by the Reagan-Bush campaign in 1980 for leaking something to Novak, so the two go back a long way. [And] to top it off, Rove attends services at the same Episcopal church' as Joseph and Valerie Plame Wilson ... So many sinister dealings, so little time ... "
Wait! There's something new today in the NYT. Something about a State Department document that Colin Powell was waving about on Air Force One. Oh yes, that's got to be it. The smoking gun. The moonbats have been reprieved to live another day with hopes of "frog-marching" pounding in their breasts. They are awaiting new "big scoops" from David Corn and Lawrence O'Donnell. Let's not forget Judith Miller. FREE JUDITH MILLER! Why should she be in jail for doing nothing, while Sandy Berger, who stole classified documents by stuffing them in his socks, is walking free, unpunished?
"State Dept. Memo Gets Scrutiny in Leak Inquiry on C.I.A. Officer
By RICHARD STEVENSON

"WASHINGTON, July 15 - Prosecutors in the C.I.A. leak case have shown intense interest in a 2003 State Department memorandum that explained how a former diplomat came to be dispatched on an intelligence-gathering mission and the role of his wife, a C.I.A. officer, in the trip, people who have been officially briefed on the case said."
UPDATE: Captain Ed at Captain's Quarters dissects today's New York Times piece, and once again dashes the "frog-marching" hopes and dreams of millions of moonbats.
