"Today, as Barack Obama nears his 50th birthday, The New York Times featured quotes from scientists and plastic surgeons describing Barack Obama's wondrous physique. The newspaper article was labeled as "News Analysis" (wink - wink), but it read more like a bad romance novel, marveling at the physical attractiveness of our Boy President as he approaches the half-century mark. However, the sycophantic New York Times newspaper neglects to tell its readers of Mr. Obama's breathing regimen and why so many photographs show the President with tightly pursed lips, as shown here. "Pursed lip breathing is done to reduce anxiety. It restricts the flow of air and thus slows your breathing, heartbeat, and mind. It's a 'cooling' breath. ... The pattern is a long, slow inhale through pursed lips, and a long, deep exhale with a relaxed open mouth." Many people learn this breathing relaxation in Hatha Yoga, but many others learn it early on as "the Cigarette Breath." It is a perfect relaxation trick for smokers stuck in a non-smoking environment. Purse your lips, Mr. President and "Just pretend you're smoking a cigarette. It helps."

What is Multiculturalism?

The term "Multiculturalism" was created in order to propagandize citizens of Western nations that the native or traditional culture of their lands must be replaced or set at a par with every failed, unsuccessful culture from every backwater on the planet, thereby delivering each liberal Western nation into a progressive, morally superior "Global Community." For example, in America, "Progressives" have brow-beaten uneducated, unsophisticated Americans to believe that America's Judeo-Christian and capitalist basis must be over-ridden with non-traditional cultures containing little or no histories of freedom, equality, democracy.

In other words, the "Multiculturalists" of Europe, America and the Free World are presenting to unsuspecting citizens a dish of tofu, yogurt, cheese with white mold and cheese with green mold, mixed together, and tyrannically forcing them to consume it while telling them "it is good for you."

"The Melting Pot - The Great American Dream" that was first cited in the 1780s, has now been virtually thrown aside; replaced by the Progressives beloved Multiculturalism.

The Pakistani army diverted much of those resources to arming itself against its most hated enemy -- India. To insure the flow of American aid to Pakistan, its army has convinced the United States that it is an ally in fighting the war on terror, intent on continuing that war rather than winning it. The army's duplicity was exposed last May, with the killing of Osama bin Laden in the Pakistani army's own garrison town of Abbottabad, Pakistan.
