Senator Obama's Race Speech

"Obama’s performance is disgusting. Cynically adopting the black dialect of the American South, a dialect utterly alien to him, he demagogues against Washington’s supposedly selective waivers of the Stafford Act — legislation that requires communities hit by disasters to match 10 percent of federal aid. They waived it for 9/11, he tells the crowd, and they waived it when Hurricane Andrew hit Florida: Those communities were allowed to keep their one dollar for every ten federal dollars. But when he comes to Hurricane Katrina, which devastated the largely African-American population of New Orleans, Obama implies that Congress refused the waiver: 'What’s happenin’ down in New O’leans? Where’s yo’ dollar? Where’s yo’ Stafford Act money? . . . Tells me that somehow the people down in New O’leans they don’t care about as much.' 

"In fact, ten days before Obama gave that speech, Congress had waived the Stafford Act requirement for Katrina. He was well aware of that fact, too. After all, he was one of only 14 senators to vote against the waiver. It was part of a bill to fund the war effort in Iraq. That is, to pander to his Bush-deranged, anti-war base, Obama decided that squeezing New O’leans was a price worth paying. Then, he lied about what happened in order to foment racial resentment — an atmosphere that he calculated would help his presidential bid."

Obama & Odinga Campaign in Kenya

During the Presidential Campaign of 2008, the voters nor the American media were the least bit interested in the Muslim and Communist connections of the man running for the highest office in the land. Barack Obama himself wrote about the connections in his two autobiographies, and news reports were readily available of a United States Senator campaigning for six days in Kenya for a self-proclaimed Communist and supporter of Sharia Law against Kenya's pro-American candidate.

Obama’s father was a Kenyan Muslim and a communist. He was a member of the Luo tribe, whose leader, Jaramongi Oginga Odinga, was a raging communist who bitterly opposed the pro-Western, pro-American Kenyatta government. Obama’s father wrote a paper – which the press in this country refused to report about during the 2008 election – that was called “Problems Facing Our Socialism.” The paper was a communist (or “scientific socialism”) critique of Kenyatta’s economic policies, placing Obama Sr. firmly in the Odinga camp. In many ways, Pres. Obama seems ambivalent about the father he hardly knew, but he has effusively praised Obama Sr.’s academic accomplishments in economics and what he euphemistically calls the “promise” his father had to fulfill to Africa. That “promise” was Marxism – that was Obama Sr.’s ideology.

Odinga’s son, Raila Odinga, is a committed communist – so much so that he named one of his sons after Fidel Castro. ... Odinga was also complicit in a plot to overthrow Daniel arap Moi, Kenyatta’s pro-American successor, in a violent coup in 1982 – for which he spent eight years in prison. In the insidious world of African politics, this did not disqualify him for future advancement. Odinga became energy minister in 2001, which enabled him to strike very lucrative personal arrangements with Colonel Gaddafi in Libya and with Sheikh Abdukeder al-Bakari of the Al Bakari oil dynasty in Saudi Arabia. By the way, al-Bakari’s name appears on the “golden chain” list of wealthy donors to Osama bin Laden during the Afghan mujahideen’s jihad against the Soviets. (The list was seized from an al Qaeda safehouse during a 2002 raid in Sarajevo.)

Notwithstanding this history, when Raila Odinga decided to run for president in 2007, then-Senator Barack Obama – who did very little in America during his brief stint in the senate – spent six days in Kenya campaigning for and with Odinga. During their barnstorming, Obama lambasted the incumbent, pro-American government as corrupt and in need of … wait for it … Change.

It later emerged that Odinga had made a deal with Kenya’s Islamist faction (a turbulent minority) to impose sharia law and Islamic courts if he won the election. He lost the election and (surprise!) the Islamists revolted.

This plunged Kenya into chaos, with thousands displaced and many killed. Odinga capitalized on the violence, and on his close relationship with Obama, to extort the Kenyan government into creating a powerful position for him: prime minister, an office no one had held in Kenya since Kenyatta occupied it in the brief transitional phase before he became president of the new republic.

The Fraud of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, & the U.S. Congress

"Fannie and Freddie, both government-sponsored enterprises that are guaranteed and funded by U.S. taxpayers, committed fraud so massive it dwarfs the Enron scandal."

As far back as 1993, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were investing in risky subprime and Alt-A loans, but routinely misrepresenting them as "Prime."

Without Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s U.S. Government certification of millions of bad loans as safe, other banks, both domestic and foreign, would not have bought them. More importantly, world financial markets would not have relied on those packaged subprime loans as collateral which resulted in the collapse of those world markets when their U.S. investments went bad. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were United States government-sponsored, government-backed enterprises, guaranteed and funded by the taxpayers of the United States, that committed fraud so massive that it left the world's financial markets in ruins.

The warnings of economists who saw this coming decades ago went unheeded by the all-knowing U.S. Congress. Even President George W. Bush warned the Democrat-controlled Congress that such massive government involvement in the housing market would inevitably produce catastrophic results and he pleaded for reforms. Senator Barack Obama and the Democrats voted down the pleadings of President Bush, attacking him as an enemy of home ownership for poor minorities. Democrats like Senator Barack Obama and Congressman Barney Frank used Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as a piggy bank to buy votes for themselves and to keep the Democrat majority in power. It worked as they schemed to give homes to low-income individuals who had no capacity to repay the mortgages on the homes. So, here are we, the world, in a government-created financial calamity.

However, the story line of the Barack Obama administration is that this a “Great Recession” caused by President George W. Bush and Capitalism. No one tells the American taxpayers of the many high-ranking officials currently running the Obama administration who themselves profited immensely from that same mortgage fraud business. The man at the very beginning of the Fannie and Freddie fraud that brought down the world's financial system was Jim Johnson, who is now a “trusted adviser” to Barack Obama, and in fact helped him pick his running mate, Senator Joe Biden. And the list of villains continues to now.

You see, in American democracy of today, the villains who cause the greatest suffering for their fellow countrymen are the very ones who are anointed to profit from the very catastrophes they cause for others. That is because in American democracy today, the incumbent villains always get voted back into office.
